Ah... And therein lies the rub. The T1 is provided and serviced by Covad. However, due to the fact that we are billed for that connection as part of a package of services with Broadvox, and thanks to the contractual agreements between Broadvox and Covad, I am not "allowed" to speak to anyone at Covad. I tried. They refuse to speak with me at all about the issue and tell me I have to go through the mouth-breathers at Broadvox.
I reported my issue to Broadvox Tuesday at 11:30 am. Here we are two full days later and not a peep out of them.
